Panic reasons for the client thread while implementation of class CAknIconSrv.

0	The panic occur when the linear order of the CAknIconServer is not found.
1	The panic occur when the user count of the `RemoveCachedItem` is non zero.
2	The panic occur when the CAknIconSrvCache fails to search for item in `iDynamicallyCache` and `iPrecache`.
