The jobs that you can select when you first begin the
game are called "main jobs." There are six main jobs.

A close-combat specialist capable of handling a wide
variety of weaponry. Strong in defense due to the ability
to use many types of armor, but unable to use magic.

A martial artist whose body alone is a deadly weapon.
Can turn even the most mediocre of weapons into a force
to be reckoned with.

An expert in white magic, such as healing and recovery
spells.
Highly capable in close combat, but prohibited from
handling bladed weapons.

An expert in black magic, such as attack and curse spells.
Unable to use heavy armor. Relies on long-distance attacks.

Capable of using both white and black magic, and adept at
swordsmanship.
However, mastering powerful spells takes far longer than
white or black mages.

Agile combat-support specialists that excel at distracting
enemies and stealing their items rather than direct attacks.
