Shops are run by NPCs. Shops aren't limited to those found in buildings; some NPCs sell their wares individually as well. Speak to the NPCs you encounter so you won't miss out! &pre=01;　Target an NPC running a shop (or an NPC selling items on the street) and press the confirm button or Enter key. The "Buy" and "Cancel" commands will appear at the bottom left of the item list. Choose "Buy" to complete the transaction. If there are multiples of the same item stacked together, press the Confirm button or Enter key to set the number you wish to purchase. Use the directional buttons or the arrow keys on the keyboard to set the number.
