These regimes will task adventurers with slaying set quotas of enemies in return for experience, gil, and points called tabs that may be redeemed for a variety of rewards. By undertaking multiple training regimes in the same area, players will find themselves able to fell enemies with greater ease and become eligible for more lavish rewards.&li; &pre=01;&style=Tk15w_3;&li=ng01;Individual Training&style; &style=spacer01; &style; By accepting an individual training regime offered by a "Grounds Tome" and slaying all enemies listed in the objective, adventurers can earn themselves bonus experience points, gil, and tabs that can be used on services of practical value out in the field. Training regimes may be undertaken for experience as often as desired, but gil and tab rewards will only be awarded once per Vana'dielian day. &style=spacer01; &style; &style=Ty14;&li=*;Enemies must yield experience points in order to constitute valid kills.&li;&style;&li; &pre=01;&li= ;Individual training regimes can be undertaken by examining a Grounds Tome located at one of the areas listed below. &style=spacer01; &style; Ranguemont Pass / Bostaunieux Oubliette / Toraimarai Canal / Zeruhn Mines / King Ranperre's Tomb / Dangruf Wadi / Inner Horutoto Ruins / Ordelle's Caves / Outer Horutoto Ruins / The Eldieme Necropolis / Gusgen Mines Crawlers' Nest / Maze of Shakhrami / Garlaige Citadel Fei'Yin&li;
