Guidelines

• Drag the controls you want from the Parts palette onto a containing view.

• Use each control's Inspector to specify an action for the control to send.

• When you are finished adding controls, save the Taligent UI Builder archive.

• In your source code, copy the view from the archive rather than create the view and its contained objects at run time.
• The component's presenter should handle the action to produce some user-visible result (see sidebar "Handling view actions").
