Graphic Document subsystem

The subsystem allows any program that has a derivation of MGraphic to bundle it into a component which supports drag-and-drop, embedding, cut-and-paste, and resizing. All of this is accomplished by relying on CommonPoint frameworks and enablers, with little additional code.

The WebRunner Sample uses this subsystem when it asks the Translation subsystem for a document and it receives an MGraphic scrap item instead. This program still needs to display a document, so it bundles the graphic into one of these components and then embeds it into an empty text view.
