The attribute class
TAttribute is the abstract base class for all users of attributes and it defines the protocol for all attributes. Because it is abstract, it is not possible to instantiate it directly. Instead, use the two derived classes: TInternalAttribute and TSharedAttribute.
All classes derived from TAttribute have value semantics and are immutable.
Figure 46 illustrates important aspects of class TAttribute.
