Simple attribute groups
The most basic concrete class in the attribute group class hierarchy is TSimpleAttributeGroup. It provides the basic functionality of a TSetOf<Attribute> with the additional protocol of an attribute group. It is also the base class for internal attribute groups.
TSimpleAttributeGroup does not implement change notification, sharing, or attribute inheritance.
This class is not synchronized and, as such, is not multithread safe. You can declare it as static.
