Whenever the TInternalAttributeGroup it refers to is changed, TAttributeGroupHandle's NotifyChanged member function is called.
TAttributeGroupHandle has pointer semantics; that is, it explicitly shares the group to which it refers.
This class is not synchronized, therefore it is not multithread safe.
