Use TFPEnvironmentModifier to create an active environment. Because its destructor does nothing, a TFPEnvironmentModifier object can be used to effect permanent changes to the current environment.

When passed an instance of TFPInactiveEnvironment, the constructor establishes that as the current environment.
When passed a value of EFPRoundingDirection, the constructor makes it the current rounding mode, without modifying the exception flags.
When passed no argument, the constructor does not change the environment.

Its destructor does nothing.
