ARandom
ARAndom, called as ARandom(lower, upper), returns a long random value between the long values lower and upper. ARandom is intended for generating initial seeds by TRandomDouble or TRandomInteger constructors. It might be slow and will not necessarily produce a truly pseudo-random distribution if called repeatedly.
