Tiles current selections
Providing support for maintaining a current selection changes the way a user interacts with the Tiles program. Instead of clicking on a tile and seeing it immediately change color, the user clicks on a tile, gets visual feedback that the tile is selected, and then decides what to do with the current selection. Generally, the user would issue a command against the current selection, for example, selecting a menu item that applied a particular color to the selected tile.
This step demonstrates how to add support for maintaining the current selection. Step 5 will demonstrate how to add a menu with items the user can choose to act on the current selection.
