The Taxonomy gives a functional view of the CommonPoint application system, and is used as a navigational hierarchy to access the class and member function descriptions. Developers can use the Taxonomy to identify the parts of the system in which they are interested. For quick reference, the Taxonomy is illustrated on the back cover of this publication.
