How to change environment variables
The easiest way to change an environment variable is to add to it. For example, in a shell script, to add -D__MYDEBUG__
as an option to the compiler:
setenv CompileOptions "-D__MYDEBUG__ ${CompileOptions}"
If you frequently add the same option, put the setting in a startup file.
