Guide documentation changes

These are the changes that have been made to the general documentation.

• Guides:

  • CommsDB capability policing documentation updated. See: Comms Database Platform Security Guide

  • Corrected the function name in the descriptor example. See: Descriptors for function interfaces

  • Added Galician and Basque to language table. See: Language code tables

  • Update wildcard information in How to upgrade OS components

  • Moved WriteToFile example code overview to Descriptors example code section. See:

    • Dynamic Buffers example code

    • Descriptors example code

  • The document "How to get location information" is expanded to give a more detailed explanation of how to use the Location Acquisition API and the different behaviour when the "special feature" settings are enabled. This document also now explains "tracking" behaviour and gives advice on how to avoid unexpected side-effects when calling RPositioner::SetUpdateOptions(). A reference document "Location Acquisition API reference" is added to give developers a place to find a list and brief description of the main classes of the Location Acquisition API with links to guide documentation and full class reference documentation.
