Question: When I run AIFTOOL.BAT in the \epoc32\tools\ folder of the SDK as the documentation suggests I should, I get several errors
                           and a PLAT 46 dialog.
Answer: The ER5 Java SDK shipped without the pre-processor tool which usually resides in \epoc32\gcc\bin\ on the OPL and C++ SDKs.
The files which are missing are CPP.EXE and CYGWIN.DLL, and are required because AIFTOOL.BAT calls the pre-processor to pre-process all RSS files, before
                           calling RCOMP to compile them.
The missing files are available from the Downloads/Patches area of the EPOC World web site, along with installation instructions.
