What audio encodings does the Mobile Media API implementation on the Nokia 3650 support ?

Answer:
Nokia have implemented the Mobile Media API (JSR 135) on the Series 60-based Nokia 3650 phone. The implementation supports the creation of a player (using Manager.createPlayer(InputStream is, String type)) for the playback of the following audio encodings:

audio/x-wav file extension .wav
audio/amr file extension .amr
audio/midi file extension .mid
audio/sp-midi file extension .mid
audio/x-nokia-rng file extension .rng

The x-nokia-rng format is a Nokia format for downloadable ringing tones.
