INET_ADDR (a, b, c, d) (TUint32)((((TUint32)(a))<<24)|((b)<<16)|((c)<<8)|(d))
Forms a 32-bit integer IPv4 address from the normal dotted-decimal representation.
The four arguments are the four parts of the IPv4 address.
Example:
TInetAddr addr;
