The purpose of Central Repository Notification Handler is to provide an
easy-to-use implementation of a CActive-based wrapper for
Central Repository single-shot notifications. Central Repository Notification
Handler can automatically resubscribe to notifications and in most cases also
fetch the modified value from Central Repository.
Symbian platform must include support for Central Repository, that is version 8.1 or newer.
