Options Menu API: Purpose

Options menus provide the user with a list of options. The selection of an option may lead to displaying a submenu.

The main Options menu, if available, is displayed from an Options softkey.

Menus can also be displayed from:

• CAknDialog,
• CAknSettingPage.

Menus can be added to other UI components, too.
