Detailed Description

CConnMonUplinkDataThreshold Event is triggered when there is a change in the volume of uplink data for some connection.

The notification will only complete when the change in volume increases by a client specified amount (KUplinkDataThreshold). If KUplinkDataThreshold=0 (=default) events will not be sent for that connection.
