Licensing Service parts
The Licensing Service consists of four parts:
- Licensing framework
- Product Preparation framework
- Software Administration framework
- Licensing servers
The implementation of each framework interacts with the framework via its provider API. Each implementation also can communicate with its associated proprietary licensing server. The terms framework implementation and framework provider are used interchangeably.
