Querying the representation

Figure 36 shows the functions for querying the locations of canvas graphics in the representation. The FrontMost function returns the ID of the graphic in front. The BackMost function returns the ID of the graphic in back. The After function returns the ID of the graphic one position closer to the back than the specified graphic. If no graphic is after the specified graphic, this function does nothing. The Before function returns the ID of the graphic that is one position closer to the front than the specified graphic. If no graphic is before the specified graphic, this function does nothing. The Count function returns the number of canvas graphics in the representation.
