Standard canvas view
Figure 12 shows TStandardCanvasView and its parents. TStandardCanvasView assumes that data is stored in a TStandardCanvasModel, the current selection management is in a TStandardCanvasPresenterState, and that command execution is in a document.
A standard canvas view is constructed by the GUI presenter state (in the HandleCreateContentView function), and is provided with model and presenter state references. See "Canvas view" on page 15 for the code.
