3D scene bundles

A scene bundle defines 3-D attribute settings that apply to all 3-D graphics drawn into a given drawing port. The attributes defined in a scene bundle include lighting (point light, vector light, spotlight, and shadow detection), camera (perspective and parallel), and atmosphere (effects like fog and haze).

Every drawing port has a default scene bundle that you can override if you want to change the default lighting, camera, and atmosphere settings, which are the same settings as a scene bundle created with the empty constructor (described below). In Chapter 12, the default scene bundle was overridden to change the camera position to view two 3-D graphics from another angle. This chapter contains more detailed examples to more fully explain the intended design and use of a scene bundle.

The scene bundle class architecture and important member functions are shown in Figure 210.
