While a window is being moved, it remains in its former position and an outline is dragged with the cursor. When the user mouses up to end the drag, the window moves to its new position.
NOTE 
In a future release, the user will drag a solid window instead of an outline. Like a menu, a window cannot be dragged to a target; it should therefore appear as a solid replica instead of an outline.
