The current release of the CommonPoint application system provides an initial version of the CommonPoint Workspace--the desktop environment for end users. Read this chapter to learn about the current Workspace objects: icons, folders, documents, stationery, aliases, and the trash. The future Workspace will be designed to extend beyond the traditional desktop to include functionality such as People and Place elements, described in Chapter 1.
NOTE
The Workspace operations described in this chapter use the Workspace menus as they are implemented in the current release.
